We are hearing the word anxiety more and more these days. Not only that, but we are also feeling it more and more too. You know, the ’fear’ or slight panic, maybe in your gut or chest. Anxiety can appear quickly but luckily for all of us it can be relieved just as quickly with a new technique I have been introduced to called RARM from the Australian College of Hypnotherapy leading expert Karen Phillip.
Anxiety Symptoms
There are many symptoms but the key ones I see the most are butterflies in the tummy, tightness in the chest, a racing mind, sometimes you might even catch yourself holding your breath. Often stress and anxiety come hand in hand too, read more about Anxiety and Stress here.
One of the key things to remember is that anxiety starts in the mind, so if we can look at working on managing our thoughts, then we can help prevent or reduce anxiety. Anxiety tends to be worrying about what ‘might happen’ in the future or playing guessing games about what someone might be thinking or doing and creating stories in our minds.
The problem is that our mind often not differentiate between what is real and not real imagined. A good example of this is when you find yourself crying at a sad film but you know it’s not real but your mind sees what happens and then you start feeling all the emotions and can find yourself with tears streaming down the face in your eyes. So, if we change the story we play in our minds we can change the emotions and feelings to something more positive as well.
Rapid Anxiety Relief Method
I was recently introduced the new and innovative RARM technique and have implemented this incredible technique straight away with my clients.
Maybe you are yourself are worrying about your vaccination, playing out different scenarios in your ahead about what may happen. With this method we teach you how to play a different brighter positive version so that instead of feeling anxiety you feel calm, comfortable and happy about the situation that lies ahead. You then go about what it is you need or want to do, anxiety free or worst case greatly reduced to a distant thought.
