Do You Wish You Could Change the Thoughts, Beliefs, and Patterns That Are Holding You Back From Living the Life You Want?

Life is a journey, and we are constantly adjusting and course-correcting to steer ourselves toward our aspirations. But sometimes that’s easier said than done. Maybe you feel like you are chasing your tail, hitting your head against a brick wall, or simply feel stagnant in your current situation.

Perhaps you’ve identified aspects of your life that are not serving you anymore, and want nothing more than to change. You know that if you could just overcome what’s holding you back, you could unlock a better, more fulfilling phase of your life.

But, No Matter How Hard You Try to Change, You Always Seem to Find Yourself Back at Square One…

Whether it’s New Year’s resolutions or committing to adopting a new habit at any other time of the year, you’ve probably tried to make changes a million times before. Maybe you’ve even made significant progress but then eventually found yourself back where you started.

Change is hard. The good news is that if you have identified habits or beliefs you would like to change to improve your wellbeing, you have taken the first step you need on your journey of self-development.

Have You Found Yourself Struggling With Any of the Following?

If you find yourself saying “Yes!” to any of the above, or you’re just ready to make changes that allow you to live your best possible life, then you’re not alone. Perhaps it’s time to try something new to supercharge your ability to make the changes you need.

Hypnotherapy Can Help You Create Lasting Change by Tapping Into Your Unconscious Mind

By engaging your unconscious, you will be empowered to bust through your blocks, eliminate hurdles you didn’t even know you had, and move forward into the life you want and deserve. As an experienced Hypnotherapist, Katie can guide you through this process to help you achieve the results you crave.

Hypnosis, also referred to as hypnotherapy or hypnotic suggestion, is a trance-like state in which you have heightened focus and concentration. This trance-like state can be experienced every day, such as when you are about to fall asleep, when you are deeply relaxed in meditation, and even at times when you are doing tasks on autopilot. For example, you may remember a time that you drove to work on autopilot. That is the same state, and the best way to think of it is deep relaxation.

Hypnotherapy involves intentionally putting you into this relaxed state. The hypnotherapist will talk to you on an unconscious level so they can suggest things to you that will help you create the lasting change you desire. Hypnosis can help with a range of issues, including addictions, weight loss, anxiety, stress relief, sleep problems, and relationship issues.

Although you are more open to suggestions during hypnosis, you don’t lose control of your behaviour in any way. The suggestions are all based on what you are striving to change in your life.

Hypnotherapy Can Treat a Variety of Challenges to Help You Create a Joyful Life

Tapping into your unconscious mind can help you overcome any obstacles getting between you and the life you want. Hypnotherapy can help you…

Reprogram Your Thoughts, Beliefs and Behaviours to Take Back Control of Your Life and Reach Your Goals

Hypnotherapy can help you be the person you want to be by tapping into the unconscious to shift patterns and beliefs that have been holding you back. By going deep into the psyche to examine the beliefs embedded there since the day you were born, you can adjust the way you think to work for you instead of against you!

When being hypnotised, you enter a trance-like state. You enter this state at times in your normal life anyway, such as when you’re about to fall asleep or when you are performing a task you’ve done thousands of times on autopilot. When you’re in a hypnotic state, the therapist can use words and imagery based on consultations with you to make suggestions that will help you break habits and behaviours that will no longer serve you.

No! Unless you want to. Contrary to popular belief or what you may have seen in the media, you do not lose control of your body or behaviours during a hypnosis session. You will never be made to do something you don’t want to do. In a session, you are simply guided into a relaxed state that makes your unconscious mind more open to suggestions.

Everyone has different goals and has varying levels of receptivity to hypnosis. Depending on what you are looking for, you may need just a single session or a few. Or, you may combine hypnotherapy with coaching and psychotherapy to work on a few things in conjunction with one another and get the best results.
