Thank you for taking the time to find out a little more about this program launching on February the 17th at 6pm.
This is an incredible opportunity to experience this life changing program with an intimate group of like minded people. Over 7 weeks I will coach you, provide you with tools, tips and also set tasks so that you can fast track some change in your life so that 2021 can deliver the life and health that you desire.
You have realised that life has so much to offer and maybe you want to reignite the fire in your belly, discover something new about yourself or rediscover something lost. You want to nurture valuable friendships and relationships, find time for yourself to grow your mind and develop new ideas.
You want to embrace your body and take some time to care for yourself. I will show you how to create nourishing, consistent habits so that you feel energetic and glow from the inside and out. I want you to feel a sense of calm as you know that you are living your best life in a way that brings joy, health and happiness. You take pride in your home, in your space and you want to feel like that you have created a sanctuary that you love to spend time in. You want to take the pleasure in small things throughout your day rather than rushing through. You want to feel gratitude and appreciation.
In summary you want to decide how you want to live your life, you want to choose the life of your dreams and start creating and living it to its fullest capacity.
You may be feeling a sense of frustration as you know there is more out there and that you want to make change but maybe feeling unsure about where to start and are also faced with an onslaught of resources and information to choose from which leads to decision fatigue. Maybe you have been struggling with juggling work and life and no matter what you do, you feel that you are letting someone or some part of your life down.
If so, I would love to help you create and live the life that you want deep down in your heart. I will help you unravel everything in your mind and heart, delve deep in to your conscious and release all your desires. I will supply you with tips and tools along the way to help you build your life, putting these newfound desires in motion and most importantly help you change from within as that is where they key to your life success and happiness starts.
I have been doing the work for over 20 years and have refined what you need to know and do to find what your heart wants and to take positive action towards achieving everything that you want. It has been refined so that you can master this in 7 short weeks, and I will show you how and be with you every step of the way.
Over 7 this week journey with me you will;
1. De-clutter your life of what is not serving you, get Organised and Create a life that you want to live. By declutter, I don’t just mean a quick house clean. I mean a Mary Kondo deep clean of everything that you are carrying with you that could be weighing you down and not just in the house, in all areas of your life. Old clothes or old relationships that may not support you now and in your future self. ‘What do I mean by being organised? I mean have a functional home and workspace that is clear of stress, supports your health and wellbeing and brings you joy. Let’s make your life as easy as possible so that you have more time to spend on the things that light you up! Let’s get a schedule together that works for you and taps in to when you work and play at your best during the day. If you are an early riser – lets work with that. If you like to burn the midnight oil – lets work with that. Creating a productive schedule with systems and a plan is the foundation of building this beautiful life and creating habits that impact your life positively every day. Finally, and most importantly. What is your vision for the future? Where do you want to get to? Without knowing this you will simply go in circles and land back at the same destination. Together we can unravel your minds thoughts and figure out what you really want. Once we know your destination, the path will unfold in front of you.
2. Perform a Top to Toe Check on your health and create new habits for your body and mind so that you feel bundles of energy and radiate joy and confidence. By the end of this you will confident that your health is in check inside and out. You will have dedicated time every day for YOU. Special moments scattered throughout the day that bring you peace, joy and maybe a little luxury too. Do you have a skincare routine that you trust in, that you love and see the benefits from? This can be such a confusing space with so many clinics, salons, spas, skincare brands and lets’ face it, friends selling MLM (Multi-Level Marketing or Pyramid scheme) products. I will help you identify who to trust, where to go and what you should look out for. Do you know how to control your Monkey Mind and banish the self-talk? I will provide tools to help you understand it, know how to talk to it and also tell it to shut up when needed. That naughty monkey can really hold you back and be troublesome if you don’t tame it.
3. Find time to Grow your Mind, Rest your Body and let your Soul Play. They say if you aren’t growing you are dying – sounds a little harsh but when was the last time you learnt something new? Do you want to learn more or develop a new idea? Together we will work out how we can grow and inspire your mind. Whether its sitting courses, listening to podcasts and audible or devouring a good book. Maybe its visiting art galleries or collecting vinyl! Whatever is it – lets inspire your mind, let your Soul Play and even learn something new. Rest is so important to recharge the batteries and it is within the stillness that great things flourish, and ideas are incepted. Do you meditate? Do you like to have massage or have a spa day? Is it a walk through the green parks or along the beach? Let’s work out what your rest time looks like and how to make the most of it. You will wake up well rested and ready to start your days with energy and purpose. Finally, Soul Play – what’s that you ask? It’s doing and finding something you love and may not involve learning at all. Sometimes we forget simple pleasures. It could be dancing in your living room to your favourite records, it could be brunching with friends once a week or learning a sport that you always wanted to or maybe its shopping for shoes. Maybe you love making things like macrame, playing a musical instrument or painting. What brings you joy that is not necessarily delivering anything to you but pure joy and happiness? Connect with your friends and family that you resonate with, laugh, dance and cry together. Your soul will love you even more than it already does. It doesn’t stop there – learn to spread the joy and sprinkle happiness through the lives of others as you go.
Included in this program is an overall Life Check Up using the Wellness Wheel model. Making sure each area of your life that contributes to your overall feeling of ‘wellness’ is balanced and where it needs to be. The wellness wheel incorporates the following elements of your life. Emotional, Spiritual, Occupational, Physical, Financial, Environmental, Intellectual and Social.
